The NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities serves adults (21+) with qualifying intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, prader-willi syndrome, or other qualifying IDD conditions β diagnosed before age 22.
DDD adult services begin at age 21. If your family member is transitioning from school-based services, now is the time to begin the DDD enrollment process.
Must be a New Jersey resident. No income eligibility requirement for DDD services under the Supports Program.
Client must be enrolled with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities and have an active ISP (Individual Support Plan). We help families navigate the enrollment process.
