Priority Groups Labs Partner with Labs
Priority Groups Labs

Practical AI for the people who staff, care and serve.

Priority Groups Labs is the innovation arm of Priority Groups. We build and test AI-assisted tools for the work our companies do every day: recruiting and staffing, home and community care, and public-sector contracts. Every idea is tried inside our own operations first, by the teams who will use it.

Built inside our companies

Portfolio

What Labs is working on

Every project is labelled with its real stage. Beta and prototype tools run on sample data or in practice runs only; nothing here handles real client health information until privacy and legal review is complete.

Care and health

Beta

Priority Care Assistant

For clinics and care teams

Two tools in one. The first helps a clinician screen people against open clinical studies and prepare plain-language outreach in English and Spanish, with a clinician review step before anyone is contacted. The second supports a medical assistant between visits with check-ins, trends and a draft visit note that a clinician must review and sign.

It began as our team's project at a Claude Build Day in New York City in October 2026, and we have since built it out in-house.

Next: clinician review, then a pilot with one clinic or research partner.
Beta

Waiver and disability services hubs

For intake and support coordination teams

Trackers for New York NHTD and TBI waiver referrals and New Jersey disability supports. Each referral shows its next step, owner and due date, and document chasers keep paperwork moving, so people get from referral to services faster.

Next: our own intake teams run their daily work in it before any real case data is added.

Workforce and staffing

In use

Recruiting and workforce systems

Inside Priority Groups

An applicant tracker, team dashboards and AI teammates that draft follow-ups, route new enquiries to a named person and keep track of bids and deadlines. This is where most Labs ideas start.

In daily use by our teams. Not offered as a product.
Prototype

PriorityTalent

For employers and healthcare professionals

A reverse talent marketplace: professionals post their availability and the kind of work they want, and employers invite the people who fit, instead of the other way round.

Next: one employer pilot to test whether this beats a traditional job post.
Prototype

Executive Connect

For growing organizations

A way for small and mid-sized organizations to bring in an experienced part-time executive, with shared session rooms, weekly progress notes and clear expectations on both sides.

Next: a first group of experienced professionals and one client pilot.

Public-sector and community services

Beta

Emergency shelter staff app

For seasonal warming-center teams

A phone and tablet app for staff on emergency shelter nights: clock in and out, guest check-in, supplies, a nightly checklist and incident reports, with a morning summary for the program lead.

Being used in practice drills ahead of the winter season.
Prototype

PG Rides

For people in New Jersey disability programs

Ride booking for individuals and their support coordinators, with a coordinator desk where a real person confirms every ride and keeps the trip record the program needs.

Next: building its rate guide, then a first pilot with families outside the people we coordinate for.
Exploring

Your problem here

For partners

Each quarter our teams send in the problems that slow them down, and we pick the next ideas to explore. If your organization faces the same problem, we would rather solve it together.

How Labs works

Build it, use it ourselves, then pilot it with partners

Labs ideas come from the work our teams do every day. Nothing goes to a partner until our own people have used it and told us what to change.

  1. Build

We start from a real problem one of our teams faces, such as an intake deadline, a hard-to-fill role or a bid requirement, and build the smallest tool that helps.

  2. Test on our own operations

Our recruiting, care, staffing and public-sector teams use it on sample data or in practice runs first. Their feedback decides what changes, and some ideas stop here.

  3. Pilot with partners

When a tool works for us, we look for one partner with the same problem to pilot it with us, with clear scope, a privacy review and people in charge of every decision.

Focus areas

Three places where better tools change the day

We pick problems our own teams face, where a good tool gives people back time for the human part of the job.

Workforce and staffing

Recruiting, screening, credential tracking and placement follow-up for healthcare and support roles, so recruiters spend their time talking to people instead of chasing paperwork.

Home and community care

Intake, referral tracking, care coordination and documentation support for home care and waiver programs, built around the deadlines families and coordinators actually face.

Public-sector operations

Finding and preparing bids, tracking contract requirements and running service programs for city, county and state agencies with fewer missed steps.

How we work

Careful by default

01

People stay in charge

AI drafts, sorts and reminds. A trained person reviews anything that reaches a client, a candidate or an agency.

02

Privacy before scale

No real health information in a prototype. A tool moves to real data only after privacy and legal review and the right agreements are in place.

03

Tested on our own work first

Our teams use each tool on real workflows before we share it, and their feedback decides what changes next.

04

Honest about stage

We label every project as in use, beta, prototype or exploring, and we don't promise results we haven't measured.
